As the clinical Medical Director, you will facilitate efficient center operations by balancing patient care and leadership within a clinical environment
Requirements:

• Must be a licensed MD or DO in the state which you are applying for
• Willing to work M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
• 3+ years of experience in ANY of these departments:
  • Family Practice
  • Occupational Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Emergency Department (ED)
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Eligible to participate in Medicare
• Board Certification or Eligibility (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• 90% of your time clinically treating patients
• 10% focused on recruiting & business metrics
• Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing
• Mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues
• Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and - Regulations
