Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our practice located at FPN Primary Care & Geriatric Medicine in Lafayette, IN.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Average outpatient volume: 18 – 24 patients/day
- Weekday Call: Physicians takes own call
- Weekend Call: 1:4
- Holiday Call: 1:4
- Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Chronic Back pain
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
- On-site equipment
- EKG
- Lab onsite

Qualifications:
- Doctorate - Required
- Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
