**Required Qualifications:**
- Valid Medical License in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
**Work Schedule:**
- Full-time position with no weekend duties
- 90% patient care, 10% administrative responsibilities

Requirements
3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Family Practice
Occupational Medicine
Internal Medicine
Emergency Department (ED)
Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California (CA)
