SalaryWe are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established medical team.
Work setting can be customizable between clinic, facilities, or hospital. We are looking for candidates interested in helping round at nursing homes (cardiology) or to help provide primary care or cardiovascular care (in clinic) for these patients. Additional work may be available at local hospital or clinic depending on the candidates preference of practice.
For new graduates, training will be provided working with a cardiologist or internist.
The facilities will be around Park Ridge, IL & Schaumburg, IL.

Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in different settings.
- Be patient with patients and their families.
- Provide full spectrum of disease management services to patients.
- Collaborate with other health care providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Provide medical care to adults
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
