ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
- Assign cases to the appropriate radiologist based on specialty.
- Field calls and messages from radiologists to assist with their day to day activities.
- Field calls and messages from internal staff to assist with getting reports read, cases assigned, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with radiologists and other staff.
- Ability to identify problems and work efficiently towards a solution.
- Ability to solve first level IT problems.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including problem identification, investigation, and resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking. Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
