Performs diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician. Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, high communication with teammates/clinical staff, taking copays, rescheduling multiple disciplined patients, scanning documents into patient charts, preparing paperwork for patients, checking patients in, and other front desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to comprehend multiple disciplines (OT, PT, ST, Neuropsych)
- Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:
- Typing various forms of correspondence
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
- Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax
- Recordkeeping
- Maintaining files and filing systems
- Taking meeting minutes
- Receptionist duties
- Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
- Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Prior clerical experience, required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
