Physical/Occupational Therapist - Wheelchair Evaluations

The Wheelchair Clinic offers specialty therapist evaluations for custom wheelchairs, seating systems, and other medical equipment, and is looking for a PRN therapist with equipment experience in the Jacksonville, FL, area. Training in custom wheelchairs and seating will be provided. Using a cloud-based software system, evaluations will be performed at patients' homes, facilities, and DME company locations.

• $60.00 per billable hour
• Mileage reimbursement for local travel
• $50.00 monthly for use of personal phone/laptop
• Flexible work schedule during normal business hours

Current license to practice in the state required. Current NPI number preferred.
