Position Requirements

• Someone with some experience with a healthcare front office/manager is preferred
• This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics

• Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
• Ability to communicate well with patients and peers
• Thrive on innovation always looking for the next best thing to help your patients
• Loyal to your peers youve got their back and theyve got yours
• Proven financial planning and financial management skills
• Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance
• Ability to direct a team of patient care coordinators while managing the demands of providing patient care duties
• Compassionate, excellent at front office duties and working with patients
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required
• Skilled at financial planning, budgeting, and staff management
• Able to lift 50 lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients

Education

• Bachelors or Masters Degree

Experience

• Three to five years of Physical Therapy Office or Office Manager experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business
