ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Call and schedule patients when scripts are received, log onto chart.
- Prepare new patient paperwork & verify insurance prior to patients first eval.
- Schedule follow up appointments at check out and collect payments after visits.
- Get authorization for insurance visits and workers compensations.
- Answer phone calls and voice mails.
- Scan patient paperwork in.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always maintain professional appearance and personal conduct.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Follow clinic policies.
- Attend meetings if needed.
- Perform other duties if needed.
