*Your Role* Please Note Training Will Be Provided And This Is An Assistant Position So You Will Not Be Responsible For All Of This Right Away

Manage The Clinic Schedule - schedule clients and manage schedule in a way the optimizes efficiency and revenue, make adjustments when needed, create reports for follow up

Maintain “The Cockpit” maintain updated KPI’s + lead log, cancel log

Operations tasks - pay bills, order clinic supplies, track inventory, ensure all appointments are checked in, accounted for and reconciled promptly and accurately. Promptly check voice mails and emails and return all calls and requests for information within 24-48 hours and deliver messages to appropriate personnel promptly and accurately. Ensure all clients who call and request appointments are placed on the schedule with a good understanding of time cost and personal commitment before they arrive.

*Your Compensation*

• Competitive pay of $20-24 per hour based on experience

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
