Burger Rehabilitation seeks an enthusiastic and energetic individual who can handle front desk responsibilities including answering phones lines, welcoming patients, directing patient flow, scheduling patient appointments using electronic software, providing excellent customer service, handling confidential information, taking tasks to completion and on time, collect payments and more! The ideal candidate will be professional/courteous, detail oriented, able to multi task, team player, and have computer and communication (written and verbal) skills.
We need a team member who WANTS to be in the clinic everyday making a positive difference in the lives we serve! Punctuality and attendance is extremely important for this role.
This position is full time with hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., offered with a full benefit package and is available immediately! Local candidates are always appreciated!!
Medical Office experience is preferred and EXCELLENT customer service skills are required!

Skills & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's license and current automobile insurance.
