```Duties``` - Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement and administer physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to be performed at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries ```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in providing patient care, preferably in acute care or pediatric settings - In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Pay: $104,000.00 - $114,400.00 per year
