Overview:
Maple Springs Living is now hiring a Physical Therapist for a PRN position to join a qualified in-house team of therapy professionals in Brigham City, UT.
The PT hired for these Skilled Nursing facilities will treat a well-balanced mix of patients within the SNF setting. Some prior exposure to the SNF setting is preferred through regular work experience or clinicals. New Grad Physical Therapists will be considered.
Caseload:
The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of diagnoses. The patient population is mostly geriatrics, but patients of all ages are treated. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 6-8 patients per day.
Work Schedule:
This PRN position includes working primarily Monday through Friday. Most PTs work 8 am - 4:30 pm, but the work schedule is flexible based on the availability of the candidate hired. Candidates interested in a PRN schedule must have a minimum of two days per week of availability. Within this role, you will enjoy an excellent work / life balance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience. A brand-new grad can expect to receive a salary at the rate of $100,000 per year for full-time, PRN clinicians make $45-$48 per hour. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.
Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time. Housing and transportation for the first 6 months of employment are negotiable based on availability.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
New graduate PTs will be considered.
Some prior work or clinical experience in the SNF setting is preferred.
