Physical Therapist (Pt) - Rehab/Ltc

Evolve Health Care Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate opportunity in an exclusive retirement community in near the Fresno area. In this role the selected candidate will provide treatment to a large residents community on a full time 13 week contract basis, with the possibility to extend.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 year of Rehab/LTC experience
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Valid CA license/certification
• Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation
• Must be current on basic technology, including entire Microsoft Office Suite, and other office technologies.
• Solid ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information. Position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills
