As a Physical Therapist with Healthy Living at Home, you will provide physical therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region. You will evaluate the patient's home environment and functional status, and participate in the development of the total plan of care.
Pay starting at $50/hour (NVA), DOE, open to negotiation!
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as Physical Therapist within the state
- Baccalaureate or Master's in Physical Therapy by an accredited organization.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
Duties
- Determine priority physical therapy needs and direct physical therapy treatment
- Provide physical therapy consultation to patients and their families and caregivers
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on the attainment of goals
- Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM - potential for rehab.
- Supervise PTAs
$40 - $45 an hour
