Physical Therapist Assistant

```Duties:```
- Assist the Physical Therapist in providing patient care and treatment
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
- Administer modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and hot/cold packs
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist

• ```Qualifications:```
• - Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant- Experience in a home health or outpatient setting preferred- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology- Familiarity with occupational health practices and protocolsSkills:

• - Strong patient care skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients

• - Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques and other therapeutic interventions

• - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• - Knowledge of home health care and outpatient procedures and protocols

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
