Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

Cedar Park Med is hiring for Physical Therapist (PT), PT Telemedicine and PT Assistant.

Physical Therapist:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and be licensed to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Must have progressive working knowledge of the principles and practices of Physical Therapy.
• Must have the ability to develop, plan, organize and implement quality Physical Therapy treatment in concert with the PTR/L.
• Must have a working ability to report individuals' progress and develop treatment recommendations.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of staff and the public.
• Must have the ability to participate in and/or support administration's initiatives as appropriate.

Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Must have and maintain a valid certification/license and shall provide physical therapy services within the Scope of Practice, and in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy and other regulatory agencies as applicable to this profession.
• Shall have progressive work experience with individuals in acute, skilled, and long-term care, and especially those with
  behavioral or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Must HAVE BLS/ PPD and all other applicable vaccines

Rates:
PT: On-site FT & PT $68 / Evening $72 / Weekend $75
PTA: On-site FT & PT $37 / Evening $40 / Weekend $43
PT Telemedicine $53 / Evening $56 / Weekends $59
