We are looking for a part-timePhysical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic (North Smithfield, RI).
We are a dynamic, evidence-based physical therapy clinic specializing in Acute and Chronic Spine Disorders, Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. We are growing and need an additional Physical Therapist.
Applicants must be self-motivated, organized and possess a degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program, preferably with 1-2 years' experience with a srtong manual therapy skills background. Applicants must have a current RI state license in good standing with the Rhode Island State Board of Physical Therapy. We are looking for a therapist with strong manual therapy skills or a desire to learn and develop manual skills through on-the-job training, which will be performed by a manual therapy course instructor.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating each patient (utilizing our 7-step exam) which is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
- TIMELY preparing a written plan of care (using our web based EMR) based on evaluation findings.
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care.
- Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.
- Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.
- Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice.
- Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.
