Hours: Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy or
- Master's Degree Physical Therapy or
- D.P.T Physical Therapy
- Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience and credentials in sub-specialty
