Physical Therapist Outpatient

Our client is seeking an experienced CA Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers:

As a Physical Therapist with our client you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and diagnoses
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment plans, and home programs
• Supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and aides
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulations
• Participate in company and facility initiatives and programs

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state PT license in good standing
• 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or home health settings
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and critical thinking
• Compassionate, patient-focused care philosophy
