360 Physical Therapy has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Outpatient Ortho clinic in Oklahoma City.
Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $75,000 to $90,000 annually + Productivity Incentives + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on experience, and job related factors.

We also have a mentorship program provided by a board certified specialist to develop your skills in Outpatient Orthopedic. Ask us about our OCS Residency Program or COMT Program!

Location: Mid-Del Clinic (5608 SE 67th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73135)
Schedule: Full-Time. Clinic Hours are 7AM - 7PM. Schedule is flexible! Part-Time and Full-Time options available to work for your needs.

Position Summary:
- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
