Physical Therapist - Ortho and Neuro - Providence Northeast Rehab 507 Building - 1.0 FTE, Days
$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. OR Master's Degree OR D.P.T.
- Coursework/Training: Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
- Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
- Required upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
- Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
