Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time and 100% Home Health focused opportunity in Portland, Oregon! The Physical Therapist Assistant will be focused on the West Side of Portland, covering Beaverton, Hillsborough, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, and Southwest Portland.
Compensation Package:
- Between $60-71 Per Point
- 2.5 pts for SOC
- 2.0pts for ROC and SCIC
- 1.5pts for Evals, Recert, and Agency Discharges
- 65.5 Cents Mileage Reimbursement
- Device Provided for Documentation
Requirements:
- Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed in Oregon
- Prior Home Health Experience Preferred - Outpatient Experience, SNFs, Hospital Also Considered
- Covering the West Side of Portland Metro
- 15 Points Per Week - SET YOUR SCHEDULE
- New Graduates Welcome to Apply!
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Has excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- 2 or 3 Days a Week
- Experience and Comfort with the Geriatric Population
- Working with Medicare, Ortho, Neuro, Balance, and Vestibular Patients
- Order Equipment
- Report to the Director of Rehab
- Using Home Care Home Base HCHB - Training Offered
