Physical Therapist - Meritus Home Health

Under the supervision of the Manager, performs therapy evaluations and provides treatment to patients requiring therapy services in their homes for the purpose of ensuring that patients reach the maximum level of function possible by the time of discharge from Meritus Home Health.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - Graduate from an approved therapy program.
Experience - One year of clinical experience required, Home Health or Acute Hospital preferred.
Licensure/Certification - Current license to practice as Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland required. Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy required. Access to a vehicle and current valid driver's license from any state required. Proof of insurance with coverage terms with the expectation of continued coverage in compliance with policy required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Demonstrates proficiency with 90% of skills checklist, including the use of a variety of medical equipment.
