Job Description
One of my clients is looking to hire and grow the practice.
This position at a non-corporate, private practice, outpatient physical therapy setting.
We are a small, privately owned, and operated outpatient clinic dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the injury. We strive to create a positive environment where patients feel comfortable while recovering from an injury.
We take great pride in maintaining a familiarity, where each patient is greeted by name when they walk through the door. Here, patients receive an unprecedented consistency of care while going through the recovery process.
Each patient can expect a hands-on approach to their therapy. Treatment will include a comprehensive evaluation, an individualized plan of care, goal-specific treatment, hands-on manual therapy, continuity of care, and personalized home programs. Throughout this process, our team is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment. Physical therapy will alleviate pain and increase physical strength in order to return to daily life and other recreational activities. Our team promotes wellness and injury prevention in order to keep patients healthy, long after they have recovered.
Mashpee Physical Therapy is a place that you will be happy returning to visit after visit. Our clinic is designed to feel very “un-clinical.” With natural light pouring into our windows and great music as a backdrop, you will thrive on the positive energy that we provide.
Mashpee Physical Therapy offers prompt appointments, private treatment rooms, courteous/accessible staff, and focus on patient education. We offer a flexible, fun working environment. Minutes from the beach and shopping on your days off. Eager to grow the practice a must. New Grads are welcome.
