Onyx Home Care strives to provide the highest level of home care to patients in Volusia and Flagler counties. Our team members work together to meet the unique needs of each patient whether they are recovering from surgery or require long-term home care.
We work with private pay patients and commercial insurance only, documentation is submitted electronically through Wellsky Home Health EMR on provided tablets.
We are a Joint Commission Accredited Non Medicare Agency.
