COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive base salary that does not fluctuate based on the number of visits you see. No confusing 80/20 split - your base salary is YOUR base salary! In addition, we offer generous productivity bonuses that are paid out bi-weekly. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k (with annual company match) all start within your first 30 days of employment. You can earn up to 160 hours (or 4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays. PTO hours do increase with years of service.
Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 (varies with experience)
+ CEU $$ + Bi-weekly bonuses + Competitive sign-on or loan repayment

Investing in the development of new grads is vital at Ivy; we offer 1:1 mentorship with practicing clinical leaders and additional continuing education funds. Our team has interactive group learnings that connect peers and industry experts and on-demand individual education.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
