The Therapy Grove, LLC, is currently accepting applications and interviewing for PT positions in the East Valley. Choose to work in ANY of the following areas: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. You choose where you work!
PT Responsibilities Include:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations on patients in their homes.
- Design, implement, and review individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals, in collaboration with parents or caregivers.
- Implement therapy interventions that help clients achieve optimal levels of mobility, function, and participation in daily activities.
- Accurately assess and document patient progress and challenges, ensuring clear communication with parents and team members.
- Follow best-practice guidelines and evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help children reach their full potential.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers concerning the best ways to assist in treatment.
- Complete quarterly progress reports.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and other professional development opportunities.
- All notes and reports completed electronically.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy degree.
- An active state license, in good standing, for physical therapy.
- Minimum of one-year experience as a pediatric Physical Therapist, home health experience preferred.
- Passion for working with children with diverse physical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems, computer and mobile device technology.
