Physical Therapist Assistant, Pta - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA to join our Oahu Visits team. This office works with adult and geriatric clients on a per visitbasis.This is aFULL TIME opportunity covering the East / Windward territory. 

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed PTA is required. Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs 
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Accurately document observations and interventions pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

• A current license as a PTA in HI
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.  We will train!
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
