```Duties```
- Assist the Physical Therapist in providing patient care and treatment
- Ensure completion of all required documentation of patient care activities
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
-Reports to the Director of Physical Therapy any injuries or adverse reactions during or after treatment
-PTA may be given responsibility of direct supervision of assigned tasks of volunteers and PTA students
-Adhere to the established policies and procedures of the clinic
Qualifications
- Must be duly licensed under applicable State laws as a Physical Therapist Assistant
-Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-Must have one or more yeas of clinical experience
- Strong patient care skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Experience in acute care settings, such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers
- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
