Coastline therapists operate across our 5 clinics in Wilmington, Burgaw, and Leland, as well as in schools, daycares, and homes throughout New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, and Onslow counties. This flexibility empowers our therapists to transition seamlessly between different age groups and settings, should they choose to do so

Coastline's clinics offer comprehensive services for individuals of all ages, spanning diverse settings. Our clinic boasts a sensory gym on the pediatric side, complete with swings, slides, a ball pit, a zip line, and a rock climbing wall. For adults, we feature a modern PT gym alongside an array of specialized equipment and private therapy rooms. Beyond our clinics, our therapists extend their expertise to local schools, daycares, and homes. Notably, Coastline stands out as one of the only clinics in the Wilmington area that serves clients across their entire lifespan, granting therapists the unique privilege of working with both adults and children.
