- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Provide manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to relieve pain and promote healing
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities of daily living
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
