Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you'll provide patient-centered outpatient care. Craft individualized plans using Aquatic and Land-based therapies, emphasizing compassion, evidence-based practice, and customized regimens to restore patients to full functionality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed, or license eligible, in the state of Texas
• Excellent communicator with a warm, empathetic approach
• Ability to deliver exceptional patient care while managing multiple tasks seamlessly

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapist at Innovations, you'll directly impact restoring maximal function with integrity and compassion. Evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide direct care, and empower patients to reach their potential. You will also work as a clinical instructor to help shape the students and new graduates.

Schedule: Amazing Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7/8 AM - 5:00 PM (Only 3 early shifts per month)
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7/8 AM - 4:00 PM (sharp)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1-2 times a month, with a $200 Saturday Bonus)
