Annual Salary Range: $70,720 - $115,250 / yr

Up to $17,500 HIRING INCENTIVE, if eligible

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist (PT) position is responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention.

Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages.

• Required: Bachelor's (or higher degree) in Physical Therapy

State of Florida Licensure Requirements

• Required:Physical Therapist License

Certifications/Registration Requirements

• Required:BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
