Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at The Worx, you will play a VITAL role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You will work in a supportive and patient-focused environment, helping individuals on their journey to recovery and improved well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address each patient's specific needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and function.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
