- Salary: $90,000-$100,000 (experience-dependent)
- Full-time position with benefits after a successful 90-day period
- 9 PTO days and 3 sick days

- $800 CEU Credit Annually (increasing to $1000 after the first year)
- Communicate with patients outside of clinic hours regarding treatment/exercise progression, goals, and modifications
- Be able to market oneself and your company to potential referral sources (coaches, trainers, gyms)
- Create meaningful relationships with patients and motivate them toward wellness goals
- Build new referral relationships with patients and connections
Primary Roles:
- Assist in the development of Cuirim Sports Recovery by all local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Reviews and evaluates referrals and patients' records to determine physical therapy treatment requirements.
- Performs patient tests, measurements, and evaluations and records findings to aid in developing and revising specifics of the treatment program or training program.
- Administers appropriate treatment as indicated. Instructs motivates and assists patients in achieving their goals. • Screens incoming training athletes utilizing the FMS screening process to determine training level and safety.
- Utilizes screening information to develop rehabilitation protocols and interventions if needed.
- Records patients' treatment, response, and progress daily within the company’s documentation format.
- Completes documentation requirements and billing procedures promptly per policy.
- Updates treatment plans and reevaluates patients as needed to ensure an optimal outcome.
- Interacts and consults with other medical services about patients' status.
- Develop relationships with outside medical support staff, including but not limited to orthopedic, internal medicine, dental, chiropractic, and massage.
- Is responsible for completing billing for all patients seen promptly.

- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current California PT license.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- 3-5 MINIMUM year of experience working in a physical therapy setting.
