General Purpose:

We are a growing and evolving home health agency and in order to meet the demand for our excellent services we are looking for caring, energetic, and motivated Physical Therapists! We encourage our staff to work as much or as little as you want based on your personal schedule to meet your expectations of work/life balance. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem caseload assignments. If this opportunity seems like a good fit for you, we’d love to continue the conversation! We would be happy to also schedule time for you to shadow our therapists as well!
Minimum Education & Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto liability insurance
