Uinta County School District Number One in Evanston, Wyoming is accepting applications for the position of a contracted Special Education Physical Therapist. All applicants for this position must be licensed to provide Physical Therapy in the State of Wyoming and be in good standing with the state licensing board.
Letters of interest should be accompanied by a resume with the professional's educational background and practice experience especially as it relates to providing physical therapy services to students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
UCSD #1 will pay a flat rate contract of $30,000.00 to provide services that, includes but is not limited to, providing all physical therapy related services to qualifying students, attendance at any required student eligibility meetings, Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, as well as the completion of progress reports, and providing any necessary staff and parent communication.
All applications must be received at the school district offices no later than May 31, 2023. Any applications received after close of business on May 31, 2023, will not be considered.
Applications should be mailed to the Director of Special Education Matt Williams, 537 10th Street, Evanston, Wyoming, 82931, or hand delivered to the district offices at the same address.
Applicants may be asked to participate in an interview with the Director of Special Education as well as a panel of district personnel. The District may, at its discretion, make a final decision without interviews and may conduct telephone interviews if deemed appropriate.
