The Opportunity
- Build relationships and oversee third-party vendors.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work product.
- Resolve problems with a focus on exceptional member experiences.
- Hybrid role requiring office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- On-board, oversee, and maintain partnerships with vendors.
- Evaluate vendor work product for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to balance member needs.
- Resolve complaints and payment discrepancies.
- Provide decisions on Physical Damage losses.
- Support workload surges and Catastrophe Operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of auto Physical Damage estimating experience.
- Prioritize, problem solve, and communicate effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Auto adjusting experience.
- Ability to multi-task and triage claims.
- Proficiency with vehicle damage estimating systems.
- Current P&C insurance adjuster license.
