Description
As the photography and Marketing Manager for Reason Brand, you will report to the head of marketing and brand managers, and are responsible to shoot, develop, manage and execute Reason Brand's photography and marketing campaigns across the marketing mix to maximize sales. You shoot, plan and execute shoots within our state of the art photo and video studio, and work alongside our marketing team to plan and create marketing campaigns for our brands.
The photo and Marketing Manager will be the lead role providing imagery for linesheets, directives, and marketing material to drive sales and business growth. They will work in our in-house studio, shooting and styling flat-lay product shots, on-body model shots, and lifestyle campaigns, as well as coordinating outside shoots, designing marketing collateral, and executing marketing campaigns across all channels.

Responsibilities
- Prep samples for photoshoots and ensure that styling is in alignment with brand and seasonal trends
- Shooting and editing images in our in-house studio
- Graphic design of web banners, graphics, newsletters, ads.
- Develop and maintain photo aesthetic and quality as it pertains to the project
- Provide art direction on set, make final photo selection; pass images to appropriate teams, and approve photo retouching
- Stay current on fashion trends as it relates to the brand
- Work cross functionally with sales, merchandising, marketing and other applicable teams to ensure that all photo and marketing needs are met
- Drive social strategy and innovating programs for brand marketing efforts
- Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly social media strategy for the brand - social strategies will be on-brand, innovative and utilize our unique voice/positioning
- Use best practices for social media to assist with the expansion of the brand by increasing both followers and engagement across all social platforms
- Create content all social media feeds, newsletters, web graphics
- Maximize plans to increase both engagement, followers, B2B sales, and E-commece sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers for inclusion in our social channels
- Develop social strategies for corporate initiatives and marketing programs
- Proactively seek out new ideas to present to executive leadership that increase engagement and brand visibility
- Keep Marketing Director informed and up-to-date with current events in relation to social media
Skills Required
- 3+ years fashion styling/photography/marketing experience, preferably with a men’s brand.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (adobe photohop/illustrator/capture/lightroom)
- Passion for the brand and product
- Self-starter with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
