As part of the production team, this role is responsible for assisting/executing all aspects of photography & video production, including but not limited to pre-production coordination, photography/videography, post-production photo/video editing, maintaining camera equipment and workflows, and archiving/backing up critical data.

• Shoot product and lifestyle photography & videography for all advertising & eCommerce channels with mirrorless or DSLR cameras in both studio and on-location environments.
• Photograph/film company-sponsored events and functions, as assigned.
• Edit/prep photo, video, & audio files comfortably in the Adobe Creative Cloud software platform in a Mac-based environment.
• Cast, manage, and organize talent applicant information and schedule shoots to meet production deadlines and remain on-budget, as assigned.
• Work closely with merchandise buying teams, graphic designers, and other creative services personnel to align on vision and execution of projects.
• Maintain studio appearance/inventory, including staged props & all equipment. Organize shelves and racks of sample items to be photographed/filmed/returned.
• Organize footage from SD cards into a logical and consistent folder/project structure within a Digital Asset Management System.
• Track all work and project progress within an enterprise project management tool.

Salary Range: $43,500 - $58,000

• Demonstrated proficiency in photography/videography using a mirrorless or DSLR camera, studio lighting equipment/techniques, professional audio equipment, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Cinema 4D, Pro Tools, or Logic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects/work activities in a deadline-driven environment.
• A self-starter – ability to work independently and as part of a team to move projects forward.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing directives, priorities, and communication styles effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to interact with all levels within & outside of the organization in a professional manner.
