Summary of Experience
- No previous experience required. We will train you.
As a Photo Retail Associate, you will:
- Assist in capturing guests’ photographs and creating authentic experiences
- Interact with guests in a professional manner
- Assist in the retail of guest photo products
- Work with the team to achieve optimum results
- Inspire guests to connect
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a demanding and diverse clientele
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute independent thought while working collaboratively
- Ability to communicate with various levels of guests to understand and resolve issues
- Ability to look for and develop long-term solutions and be proactive in addressing the needs of the guests
- Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing weather conditions. This position can be physically demanding, requiring standing, kneeling, bending, walking, climbing stairs and lifting / carrying equipment up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with state and federal laws to assist in carrying out the essential functions
