SalaryOur busy Internal Medicine office is seeking a reliable, hardworking Phone Operator Medical Assistant to work with our fun Phone Room team!
Job Tasks include, but not limited to:
Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.
Counsels patients by transmitting physician's orders.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Answers phone calls and properly triage patient symptom.
Bilingual is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
