Phone Representative/Sales Representative

Job Overview
Gorilla Movers is presenting the opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly voice to join our sales office in a mostly "work-from-home" position. It will be a necessity for you to have a quiet environmet during your shift to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to our customers. A computer and internet access will also be required for booking moves for our clients and handling accounts. If you are a skilled communicator, preferably with sales or customer service experience, an office work position at Gorilla Movers might suit you well.

Duties
- Provide over-the-phone quotes for customers inquiring about moving
- Provide email quotes for customer inquiring about moving
- Schedule on-site estimates for sales team members
- Take phone calls from customer with questions about their upcoming moves
- Answer emails from customers about their upcoming moves
- Request and provide COIs via email to properties for upcoming moves
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Check in with customers during their moves and follow-up with them after their moves
- Create invoices for moves completed
- Run payments over the phone

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, over-the-phone communications, and/or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute necessity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, on your own time, as well as the ability to keep yourself accountable for your own tasks is a valuable trait.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to quickly solve problems in the heat of the moment will be something you need to do daily when working in the moving industry.
- The ability to work independently is obviously a requirement for anyone seeking a work-from-home position.

*We plan to offer on the job training before allowing you to work from home in this position. Time to time meetings in person will be required of this position. Our offices are located in the 92126 and 92122 zip codes.

*Our compensation is largely up for negotiations. Base hourly is an option while commision based pay is also an option for those who view themselves as a more competitive sales representitive.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
