Full Time- Salary: $15-16 per hour
- Clinic Hours: M-F 9am-6pm or 7am-4pm

Job Summary:
- Pleasantly answer phones
- Manage Multi-phone line
- Return Voicemails
- Organizing Faxes
Front Desk Coverage:
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
- schedule patients and direct patients
- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
