Phone Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phone Operator to join our team. As a Phone Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information, and directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service

- Greet callers in a professional and courteous manner

- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

- Take messages and relay them accurately

- Provide information to callers regarding company services or products

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Assist with administrative duties as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Phone Operator or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Familiarity with clerical and administrative tasks

- Experience with data entry and front desk operations is desirable

- Dispatching experience is a plus

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
