Pride Health is seeking candidates for a Phlebotomist I opportunity based out of Palm Coast, FL. This is a 4+ months assignment with possible temp to hire.
Schedule: 1st shift; M-F; 7:00am-12:30pm and every 3rd Saturday 7am-11am
Note:- Requires 1 week in Tampa for Orientation
Responsibilities:
- Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, primarily adults.
- Performs specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
- Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
- Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good customer service,
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience is required.
