- Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women's services, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

Responsibilities
- Procure specimens through venous, arterial, and micro sampling techniques, assuring specimens are collected in a proficient and timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain an orderly/standardized cart
- Ensure assigned pager is functioning properly, answer pages with in three minutes, and return pager at the end of shift
- Perform ancillary duties when there are no phlebotomy assignments (blood culture kits, stock, etc.)
- Participate in monitoring the workload and notify supervisor/lead/officer personnel when flexing is necessary
Qualifications
Preferred Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy Certificate
- Minimum of one year
