As a divvyDOSEPharmacy Technician - Home Delivery, you will be asked to shadow to demonstrate what right looks like as a fully proficient Technician. Positively contribute to the overall team motivation and drive team engagement. As permitted by state regulation, interprets providers' prescriptions, and creates order, assesses, inputs, and retrieves prescription, medical/lab, and reimbursement information from computer system.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer onboarding
- Prescription requests
- Entry, billing, and submittal of the customer's order to fulfillment for delivery
- Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements
- Contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content
- Creation/routing of pharmacy orders through receipt
- Review and verification of members'/patients' prescriptions
- Prep and scan documents, verify member/patient data submit prescription orders in computer system
- May contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order or delivery details
- This is a remote role; all candidates must reside in Iowa to be considered

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Active and unrestricted State NHA CpHT license OR Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license via EXCPT or PTCB without restrictions or ability to obtain license within 60 days of employment
- Reside in the state of Iowa
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Pharmacy Technician or patient experience
- Call-center or telephonic work
