This is a 100% remote full-time hourly position with flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide high touch member and provider customer service via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat
- Introduce our program to members and collect pertinent information
- Assess eligibility for Patient Assistance Programs and assistance to members throughout application process
- Collect prescription information from doctor's offices via phone and fax
- Accurate and detailed tracking and documentation in CRM platform
- Persistent tactful follow up with patients and doctors’ offices
- Vendor coordination and communication across different platforms
- Enter prescription information into pharmacy platform
- Create and send accurate invoices
- Triage to a pharmacist for clinical issues
- Proper HIPAA compliance and handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Additional tasks as needed

Requirements
- Previous experience in pharmacy or in a patient facing role involving medications
- Stable high-speed internet with a private efficient space to work
Preferences
- Previous Health Plan or Pharmacy Benefit Manager experience
- Experience with Patient Assistance Program applications
